I’ve been crafting stories in paper all my life through writing and art.
As a disabled businesswoman who has had to slowly give up work, I’ve fallen back on my art skills to earn a living. I’ve toughed things out for 15 years now. I spend a lot of time in bed being sick.
However the stress of trying to keep my full time business going while living with full-time chronic illness is too hard.
When I came back to Taiwan in 2023 with a new autoimmune diagnosis and learned my diseases were escalating, I faced hard reality. Business was making me worse. Additionally, I had 50 completed coloring books from an art project that I started in 2015 waiting for me and begging for my attention. It was time for something new.
Art has always captured my heart.
I decided to repurpose my coloring books. Originally I used them for unique wrapping paper and bookmarks. But my collages have been very successful and in high demand.

My art posters are framed and ready to hang in a protective plastic sleeve. You can also take it out of its protective sleeve and frame it. Walmart, IKEA, and craft stores sell 7.2 x 10.1 inch frames.
My paper cutting technique adds an extra 3D dimension of beauty and intricacy to each design, making my posters a delightful keepsake. They’re meant to brighten any space: an office cubby, a senior’s bedside, a child’s room, a sunny kitchen, or anywhere your heart desires.

Carrie Kellenberger is a disabled author and artist living in Taiwan. I’ve made a living from writing via MySeveralWorlds.com and associated projects since 2007. I love all forms of art, gardening, flower arranging, reading (an understatement if you've seen my GoodReads profile), and snuggling with my cats. Animal videos make me cry. I hate cooking. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my garden bloom! Learning about new cultures and exploring the world has been my thing since I started traveling at age 19. I've been ill for close to two decades. During that time, I moved from being a full time professional travel and culture writer to a full time sickie who works from home.
